Cancellation Policies
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 72 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price is due prior to booking future appointments.

No shows and same day cancellations are subject to a fee of 100% of the service price prior to booking future appointments.

Frequent cancellations or reschedules are not sustainable for my business or for the nature of the services I offer and may result in us needing to part ways, professionally. Thank you in advance for valuing both our time and booking consciously.

Adjusting your service, or cancelling a portion of your service  without proper notice will result in above cancellation penalties.

Tardiness

I do offer a grace period of 10-15 minutes for tardiness. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late your appointment may need to be canceled or adjusted. Appointments that result in being canceled or adjusted same day will result in above cancellation penalties.

Deposits

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice and a deposit was collected prior to booking, it is understood that the deposit will no longer be applied to the service total. All deposits are non refundable.

Illness

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, including illness. I value your understanding that cancellations negatively impact my business. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment due to illness, I will waive 50% of the fee as a gesture of goodwill, allowing us to share the financial impact of the cancellation. I appreciate your cooperation and look forward to serving you.

Refunds

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are experiencing challenges with your cut, color or extensions, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to adjust the issue with no additional charge. I do not offer refunds on services. 

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transfered to someone else, or used to purchase product.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Children are not prohibited in the salon unless receiving a service.
